Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy with Jenn and Stephanie
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. Our individual and couple’s therapy sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s beneath the surface—why you react the way you do, what patterns keep showing up, and how to respond in ways that align with your values. We draw on proven, trauma-informed approaches to help you regulate emotions, improve relationships, and reconnect with your sense of self as well as your loved ones.
Healing is more than talking through a problem—it’s a process that engages your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual health. We approach therapy through a whole-person lens, helping you connect the dots between your mind, body, soul, and relationships so change lasts beyond the session.

Nutrition counseling services offer personalized guidance from a registered dietitian to help individuals achieve specific health and wellness goals, providing a critical component of care for a range of needs. For individuals with disordered eating (fear of weight gain, unhealthy relationship with food, obsession with calories, etc) and eating disorders (such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or binge eating disorder), counseling is essential for restoring a healthy relationship with food, establishing normalized eating patterns, and promoting physical and psychological recovery. Sports nutrition counseling focuses on optimizing athletic performance by tailoring intake to training demands, recovery needs, and injury prevention and rehabilitation, addressing aspects like hydration, macronutrient timing, and supplementation.
